SHADY HILLS, FL (NBC) - A 25-year-old Florida man sold his parents' mobile home for $100 while they were away according to Pasco County sheriff's deputies.
Christopher C. Wilson was arrested Monday and remained in the Land O' Lakes Jail today with bail set at $2,000.
Authorities said Wilson told the buyer the 1978 double-wide mobile home belonged to him.
Sheriff's spokesman Kevin Doll said Wilson and his parents lived in the mobile home.
The sale was completed January 15.
The home was valued at more than $1,000.
